As thoughts spring to mind I thought I would make a list of the features I like on one of my cameras vs another.

Canon 5DMKII:
1) View Finder Cover inferior to that of the Nikon
2) No GPS input
3) Superior Menu System
4) Single Memory Card slot (CF)
5) Superior Remote plug (Simply release)
6) Cumbersome cover for remote socket plug-in reveals more than one socket connection.


Nikon D300S:
1) View Finder Cover superior to that of the Canon
2) Has GPS input
3) Inferior Menu System
4) Dual Memory Card slot (CF and SD)
5) Inferior Remote plug (Fiddly screw release)
6) Single slot cover for remote socket plug-in
